DIY HOLOGRAM

 Here's a fun DIY hologram projector you can make at home using just your phone and some basic materials. It won’t be a true 3D hologram like in sci-fi, but it gives a cool floating 3D illusion.

πŸ”§ DIY 3D Phone Hologram Projector

🎁 You’ll Need:

  • A transparent plastic sheet (like from old CD case, packaging, or report cover)

  • A ruler

  • A pen/marker

  • Scissors or a cutter

  • Clear tape or glue

  • Your smartphone

πŸ“ Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Draw and Cut a Trapezoid Template

Make a shape like this:

   Top = 1 cm
   Bottom = 6 cm
   Height = 3.5 cm

Draw it on paper first, then trace it onto the plastic.

2. Cut 4 Trapezoid Pieces

Draw this 4 times on the plastic sheet:

     _______   ← 1 cm
    /       \
   /         \
  /           \
 /             \
/________\  ← 6 cm
      3.5 cm

Use scissors or a cutter to cut out 4 identical transparent trapezoids from your plastic sheet.

3. Join the Pieces

  • Tape or glue the 4 pieces together at the sides to form a pyramid without a top.

  • The small ends should be at the top, pointing inward.

  • You’ll end up with a transparent funnel shape.

4. Place It on Your Phone

  • Go to YouTube and search for:
    πŸ‘‰ 3D hologram video for phone
    (You'll find special videos with 4 mirrored images.)

  • Turn off the lights.

  • Place the pyramid in the center of the phone screen with the small opening on top.

✨ Watch the Magic!

You'll see a 3D floating image appear in the middle of the plastic pyramid — like it’s hovering in the air! πŸ›Έ

It works because the mirrored video reflects on each side, and your brain combines them into one floating image.
